Every person you meet or interact with is a unique individual. Each has their own preferences, expressed in different styles, mannerisms, and ways of approaching life’s challenges. What they like, where and how they were raised, and their distinctive life experiences make them different from any other person who has ever lived on this earth. This diversity is what makes life so interesting, and is also the cause of much heartache and misunderstanding.
It is no secret that the degree of happiness and/or success we achieve in our lives depends heavily upon our ability to positively interact with others. In fact, almost everything we want in life must come to us through the hands of another. Our parents, teachers, family members, neighbors, clients, co-workers and the rest of the human race are linked in this amazing way. Therefore, unless we plan on living in total isolation from the rest of the world, the more we know about ourselves and others, the more skilled we will become in accomplishing what matters most in life.
There are as many different ideas and theories about human interaction as there are people. This assessment tool is but one approach. It is one of the most valuable things you can ever learn to look with understanding into the heart of another. This tool is specifically designed for that purpose. Learning more about your personality and the personality of those around you has strengthened marriages, opened the lines of communication between children and parents, reduced personal misunderstandings, and generally helped individuals communicate with others in a way that fosters mutual understanding and acceptance. Used properly, the principles you will discover will empower you to improve aspects of every personal relationship in your life.

Four Lenses Assessment Results
Below is a radar chart that illustrates your scores across the four temperaments: Blue, Green, Gold, and Orange. Each concentric circle represents an increment of five points, starting from 0 at the center and extending to 50 at the outer edge. With a maximum possible score of 48 for any temperament, the shaded area on the chart visually depicts the extent to which each color is present in your personality. This visualization effectively highlights the relative strengths and balance of your traits, providing a clear picture of your unique personality spectrum.
From the shape and directionality of the shaded area in your chart, you can derive several additional insights. An irregular shape indicates that certain temperaments are more dominant in you than others. A more symmetrical shape would suggest a balanced presence of all temperaments. The direction in which the shape extends the most shows the temperaments that are most pronounced in you. The quadrants with lower scores highlight areas that might be less developed or less dominant in you. This can be useful for your personal development, suggesting areas where you might focus on growth or improvement. If you had radar charts for others, you could compare shapes to see how personality profiles differ. This can be particularly useful in team settings to understand how different temperaments complement each other.
