This assessment is designed to provide deep insights into your natural approach to conflict. You will discover how you instinctively think and feel about disagreement, and how you manage it as both a team member and a leader.

The inventory consists of 10 questions. For each question, you will be asked to rank four statements from "most like you" to "least like you." The process typically takes about 10-15 minutes to complete.

Upon completion, you will receive a comprehensive, personalized report detailing your unique conflict style.
