What is the Nexus Quest?
The Nexus Quest is a subscription website that contains one-of-a-kind resources developed by Insight Learning and Four Lenses that help you acquire the knowledge and skills that enhance your ability to interact with anyone and find more happiness in life.
The Gaining Insight section provides accurate personality tests and four, 10-lesson courses designed to teach you about how Blues, Golds, Greens, and Oranges appear in ten life categories: Values, Motivation, Communication, Work, Supervision, Recreation, Childhood, Youth, Education, and Love.
The Gaining Virtue section provides an assessment to measure your current strength across 52 virtues and identifies areas that need improvement. 52, seven-lesson courses, one for each virtue, will teach you how to enhance your attitudes and behavior to act in better ways.
As we learn more about ourselves and others, and then become more virtuous and drive out negative vices, we also become more emotionally intelligent, more mature, more confident, more capable, more useful, and more satisfied. We can better manage ourselves and other people, because we know how to manage or adjust our own attitudes and behavior to achieve success.

Frequently Asked Questions
Nathan Bryce, the inventor of the patented Insight Personality Instrument and author of Standing Naked in the Shower and Four Lenses Unfolded, developed this content as a follow-up to his foundational work on human temperament. He believes happiness and success in life comes from not simply understanding what makes people tick, but by appreciating and accommodating the strengths and preferences of others, as well as emulating and adopting their greatest characteristics. That is the objective of the Nexus Quest.
Each course contains at least seven lessons. On average, each lesson is about 13 minutes in length, including time spent completing one of the assignments. Ideally, you would complete a lesson in one session, completing a different lesson every day. Research indicates that if we work on a new attitude or behavior for as little as 13 minutes a day, every day, at the end of 13 weeks we will have turned it into an automatic habit.
The first lesson of each course features a PDF download that will serve as your workbook or journal for each course. The lesson also contains a video introduction, recorded by the course author, which outlines what will be covered in the course. The following six lessons each focus on a different attribute or facet of the virtue. Each lesson contains 3 to 5 paragraphs which explain what that aspect looks like and how to acquire it. After reading the content, you will find at least two assignments that you can complete to help you learn and practice. The more time you spend with the exercises, the more successful you will be.
No. This is an individualized self-improvement website that tracks your activity and progress. Furthermore, as you complete assessments, lessons, and assignments, you may reveal personal information that you may not want others to access. If you find this website helpful, we encourage you to invite those around you to acquire their own subscriptions.
